Pear And Nutri-Brex Bircher


  • 3⁄4 cup rolled oats
  • 3 Nutri-Brex, crushed
  • 1⁄4 cup sultanas
  • 11⁄2 cups apple juice
  • 1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt
  • 3 pears, grated
  • 1⁄4 cup almonds, roasted and crushed


  1. Soak the rolled oats, Nutri-Brex and sultanas overnight in apple juice.
  2. Next morning stir in the yoghurt, grated pears and almonds.
