Power up Nutri-Brex porridge


  • 1 1⁄4 cup So Good Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
  • 2  tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 3 Nutri-Brex
  • 1⁄2 cup dried apricot
  • coconut (optional)


  1. Place the So Good Coconut Milk, apple juice, oats and chia seeds into a medium sized saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, then crumble the Nutri-Brex into the porridge.
  3. Spoon the mixture into bowls and sprinkle coconut and apricots or fruit of choice.
  4. Serve hot.
